At DeskProUSA, we stand behind our office supplies with a straightforward 7-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping). Our goal is hassle-free service for your workspace needs.
Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/labels intact.

Returns accepted for unopened hygiene products (e.g., sanitizers, wipes) only—no returns on used/opened items due to health regulations.

Defective/damaged items: Full refund, including return shipping (contact us within 48 hours with photos).

Exclusions: Personalized/custom items, clearance sales, or non-defective change-of-mind on bulk orders.
Return Process

Contact support at deskprousa@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with order #, reason, and photos.

We'll issue a return authorization (RMA) and prepaid label (for defects only; otherwise, you cover return shipping).

Ship the RMA back within 5 days to the address provided via email after your request.

Refunds processed in 3-5 business days to the original payment method (minus return shipping if applicable).

Shipping responsibility: You pay return shipping unless the item is defective. Use a tracked service.

Restocking fee: 15% on opened non-defective items ($5 min).
