DeskProUSA ships office supplies quickly and reliably via dropshipping partners (e.g., Zendrop US warehouses). All of our products are priced for free shipping.

Shipping Times

• USA: 3-7 business days (US warehouses); 7-14 days (standard).

• Canada: 5-10 business days.

• Processing: 1-2 business days. Weekends/holidays excluded.

• Delays possible due to carriers, weather, or high volume—we notify via email.

Shipping Costs

• All products ship free to the United States continental.

Carriers and Tracking

• Partners: USPS, UPS, FedEx (dropshipper-selected).

• Tracking emailed post-shipment. Check status via confirmation link.

Order Changes/Cancellations

• Changes/cancellations within 24 hours of order (before shipment).

Lost/Damaged Shipments

• File claims with carrier (we assist).

• Re-ship or refund for proven losses (up to order value).

• Inspect on delivery—report issues within 48 hours with photos.
