Welcome to DeskProUSA (the "Site"), operated by DeskProUSA ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and purchases of office supplies. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are offers to buy; we accept upon confirmation via e-mail.

• Prices exclude taxes/shipping (added at checkout).

• Payments via Stripe or supported methods. Average order ~$50.

• We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g., stock issues, errors) and refund fully.

• Dropshipping model: Products are shipped directly from suppliers.

 

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated 3-10 business days (US/Canada warehouses prioritized).

• Delays possible due to carriers/suppliers; we are not liable.

• Track via confirmation email. Risk of loss passes on delivery.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

• Products sold "as is." Limited 30-day warranty against defects (supplier-dependent).

• No other warranties, express or implied (merchantability, fitness).

• We disclaim liability for supplier issues.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to your order value (~$50 avg). No consequential, incidental, or punitive damages. Dropshipping risks (delays, defects) are borne by you.
